PATH Workshops To Improve Health
The City of Auburn Hills, in partnership with Area Agency on Aging 1-B and The Arthritis Foundation, is offering fun, interactive workshops that helps participants improve their health and feel better.
Personal Action Toward Health, or PATH, is a 6 week workshop designed to provide the skills and tools needed by people living with ongoing health problems, or their caregivers, to improve their health and manage their symptoms. As a result, people are better equipped to face the daily challenges of living with a chronic condition.
Two trained leaders conduct the workshop, and one or both may, themselves, have a lifelong health condition. A daytime workshop and an evening workshop are being offered and there is no cost for the workshops.
Session A daytime classes begin February 13th and run six weeks on Mondays from 12:30 – 3:00pm. Late registration is available until the 3rd session on February 27th.
Session B evening classes are held for 6 weeks on Wednesdays from 6:30 – 9:00pm. They begin February 15th and late registration is available until the 3rd session on February 29th.
